Shipping Policy for Whisker and Wool

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the processing, handling, and delivery of all physical goods purchased from Whisker and Wool (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) via our website and any affiliated platforms or sales channels. By placing an order through our website, you agree to all terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in this Policy. The act of purchasing from us constitutes full acceptance of these provisions, whether or not you have read them fully.


Section 1 – Order Processing Times

1.1 All orders placed with Whisker and Wool are subject to a processing period of approximately three (3) to seven (7) business days. “Processing” includes, but is not limited to, order verification, product quality checks, packaging, fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment preparation.

1.2 We do not ship on weekends, national holidays, or during unforeseen events. During busy periods (e.g., seasonal promotions, restocks, shipping disruptions), processing times may be extended.

1.3 You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping provider.


Section 2 – Delivery Timeframes and Shipping Windows

2.1 All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers to the designated address provided during checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid shipping information.

2.2 Estimated delivery times for specific regions are as follows (all estimates are in business days, excluding processing time):

  • United States: 10 to 20 business days

  • Canada: 10 to 20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 10 to 20 business days

  • Australia: 10 to 20 business days

  • All other international destinations: 12 to 20 business days

2.3 The maximum allowable delivery window is 20 business days from the date of shipment. In accordance with our Terms of Service, this timeframe is binding and constitutes fulfillment of our shipping obligations.

2.4 Delivery estimates are approximations and do not guarantee specific dates. External factors, such as customs delays, postal backlogs, and weather, may extend actual delivery time.


Section 3 – Tracking, Receipt, and Proof of Delivery

3.1 Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier or tracking system are considered fulfilled and closed. In such cases, Whisker and Wool bears no responsibility for claims related to theft, loss, or mistaken delivery due to shared or unsecured locations.

3.2 You acknowledge that once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided by you or your authorized agent, we are not responsible for claims of non-receipt, even if tracking confirms delivery.


Section 4 – Returned Mail, Inaccessible Addresses, and Re-Delivery

4.1 Orders returned to us due to inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses are not eligible for re-shipment at our expense. You may request re-shipment at your cost if the returned package is received back in good condition.

4.2 We reserve the right to decline re-shipment or replacement orders due to address errors, refusal to accept the package, or unpaid import duties (if applicable).


Section 5 – Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

5.1 If your package is lost or shows no movement for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the shipment date, please contact us at help@whiskerwool.com
